Lisa Fortino, MSW, LCSW

I came to this work 17 years ago as a result of the adoption of my daughter through the foster care system in California. From the day I began work as a social worker and now as a clinical social worker, I have devoted my work to the well-being of others. Over the past years, I have worked with adults, children, families, and couples to assist them in building better relationships, and grow through effective interventions and client centered therapy.

I focus on helping individuals, couples, families and children through supportive talk therapy, EMDR,, for trauma Expressive Arts Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Attachment base therapy, Gottman Couple's therapy, and other evidenced based interventions while always using a positive strengths based approach.
